They sent me samples to try before buying of their low acid coffee. Has worked out for me and will be buying their jar.

I am so satisfied that the KAVA instant coffee arrived at my door just in time for breakfast with my most favorite wake up drink of caffeine with none or very little acidity. What a great taste!

I love Kava Coffee! I receive 2 jars monthly(1 regular 1 decaf). I drink 4 cups a day without experiencing a burning stomach. Waking up to a cup of Kava is the high point of my day.😀

Have been drinking Kava coffee for many years. My recent purchase of 6-jars of Kava last June from Amzn was a disappointment. It tastes so bad I will probably donate the 4 remaining sealed jars to Goodwill even though I tried for six months to get used to it. Delicious for many years. Taste like garbage now. (The expiration date on bottles is Sept. 2024.)

I have had experience with the product(Acid Reduced Coffee, Kava)its shipments and customer service. I buy this coffee in bulk shipments to save on the cost and to be assured I have a supply. It hasn't always been available locally. It is a great tasting instant coffee. I do not use K-Cup coffee making. Kava is so easy to drink. I do not have stomach issues because it is acid reduced. I receive automatic shipments from the company and have excellent support services from the company. Customer Service responds promptly to my messaging whether I am online or by phone. They are flexible with the automatic shipments. I can delay a shipment when I need to. I am very happy with the coffee and the service.
